The BEATLES Legacy

2.jpg

50 years have come and gone since the Beatles' broke up as a band, yet the world continues to discover new elements about their long-lasting impact on popular music, culture, and society at large.

It has also been 60 years since they came to the shores of the USA. Since that time, and western society has come to realize that the Beatles are still very relevant in today's world. No doubt, 100 years from now, we will still be studying the Beatles' work in the same vain as Beethoven, Stravinsky, Shakespeare, and Picasso.

Steve Valvano's Magical Mystery History (MMH) offers a comprehensive exploration of this rich history through his engaging presentations and fun Q&A.  MMH highlights the band's significant influence on music, culture, and society, while celebrating the phenomenon of Beatlemania.

MMH can be delivered in one-75 minute condensed  presentation, or in a more in-depth 3-part series (75 mins each), that shares the three recognized eras of the band's 13-year exsistance together.

Utilizing his treasure chest of pictures (and a few internet videos) Steve Valvano will take the audience through their historic chapters, from thier birth and upbrining in Liverpool UK, to their discovery and cultural juggernaut known as Beatlemania, ending to their artistic peek in era known as "The Studio Years" leading to the band's ultimate break up.

TESTIMONIALS

Patti P. - Regency at Flanders Speakers Program

"Steve gave a wonderful, fun, fast-moving presentation as part of our community's Speakers' Program.  Since then, we asked him back for a second evening, and now have booked him for a third in 2026. Our clubhouse is filled to capacity when he is scheduled to speak."

Craig N. - Mt. Freedom Jewish Center

“We thoroughly enjoyed Steve’s fun and insightful presentation. He knows his stuff and our members had a great time during his Q&A session asking all those facts we always wanted to know about the Beatles. By popular demand, we have asked him back for another session this year!”
